CommuniCard™ Inc. (“Communicard”, “we” or “our”) respects the privacy of every individual who uses this website (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy outlines the information CommuniCard™ will collect and how we will use that information. Therefore, please read this carefully before entering any information about yourself.

CommuniCard will offer a full product refund if you are unhappy for any reason with the product. The product must be returned in good condition and proof of sale is needed. The cost of shipping and handling is not refundable. Please contact sales@thecommunicard.com for any questions.

When you visit this Site, we will not collect any personally identifiable information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily. Nothing in the Privacy Statement shall be deemed to prohibit CommuniCard™ from disclosing your identity or information if CommuniCard™ is required by law to do so.

CommuniCard tm™ will make reasonable efforts to keep secure the data you provide us and will take reasonable precautions, such as using a secure server, in an effort to protect your personally identifiable information, including credit card information, from loss, misuse or alteration. Agents or hosting contractors of CommuniCard™ who have access to your personally identifiable information in connection with providing services for CommuniCard™ are required to keep the information confidential and are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for CommuniCard™.

Children

A Note to Children and Parents:CommuniCard™ intends that this Site be used by adults only. Children – Before sending any information about yourself over the Internet to us or anyone else, be sure to ask your parents for permission. Parents – CommuniCard™ recommends that parents take an active role in their children’s use of the Internet. You may also contact us through either of the above methods to request the personally identifiable information that CommuniCard™ has collected about you through its website's or interactive advertisements. CommuniCard™ will use reasonable efforts to supply you with this information and correct any factual inaccuracies in this information. Changes to Privacy Statement

Unless otherwise provided in an agreement between you and Communicard, by using the Site after CommuniCard™ posts any changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them, and such acceptance shall be deemed legally conclusive. If at any time you choose not to accept the terms of this Privacy Policy, you will not use the Site.

No Liability for Acts of Third Parties

Although CommuniCard™ will use reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information (including credit card information), transmissions made by means of the Internet cannot be made absolutely secure. CommuniCard™ will have no liability for disclosure of information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties. In addition, CommuniCard™ will release specific information about you to comply with any valid legal process such as a search warrant, subpoena, statute or court order. We will also release specific information in special cases, such as if there is an attempted breach of security or a physical threat to you or others.

Please note that if you give out personal identification information online -- that information can be collected and used by third parties. Although we strive to protect our users' privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of information you post in these forums. You disclose such information at your own risk.

Transfer of Business Assets

As we continue to develop our business, we might acquire or buy other businesses or assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event that CommuniCard™ or substantially all of its assets are acquired, both personally identifiable and non-personally identifiable user and customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
